2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, lodged on 29.04.2024 under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution's case, the present FIR has been lodged against 10 accused persons, including the petitioner, alleging that all the accused persons hatched a conspiracy to prevent the informant from adducing evidence in a criminal case lodged in connection with murder of the informant's father and in that background, murder of the informant's uncle was subsequently committed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

In fact, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., rather the allegation is omnibus and general. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case,

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is accused in one more criminal case lodged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code along with other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna is hereby rejected.
