2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons committed the murder of the husband of the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, one co-accused person was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner that the petitioner is also involved in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence.

Learned counsel further submits that one of the coaccused confessed before the police that he committed the murder of the informant. He further submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 of BNSS. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) kiran/- U T
