The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a composite representation before the respondent no.6 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
