2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 30(a) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., total 92 litres of Diesel has been recovered from the shop of petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The alleged diesel was kept for personal use of petitioners, since petitioners have tractor and other vehicles. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 908 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
