The petitioner seeks bail in Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. One Rafique Mian was arrested by the police with stolen vehicle, who disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is submitted that aforesaid Rafique Mian has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65711/2018 dated 01.11.2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62731 of 2018 (3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
