Petitioner seeks bail in Amnaur P.S. Case No. 91/18 registered for the offence under Section 395 of I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of committing dacoity from the customer service centre of the informant and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but he has been made accused on the basis of his own confession.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He is in custody since 05.07.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted. He is accused in three other cases also.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
