The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that two mobile phones and one motorcycle are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the disclosure made by co-accused. There is no recovery of stolen property from the possession of the petitioner. The offences are triable by the Magistrate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. case No.244 of 2019.
