JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Akodhi Gola P.S. Case No. 97/18, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Rohtas with a liberty to prefer an appeal in light of amended provisions of Section 14(A) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015. Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal in light of amended provisions of Section 14(A) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015 within a period of ninety days from today.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands
