Petitioner seeks bail in Tarabari P.S. Case No.73 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, this petitioner along with Md. Gopali assaulted the son of the informant with sharp cutting weapon.

Injury report of the injured is annexed as Annexure2, which shows that son of the informant has sustained injury by hard and blunt object. Injury was opined to be simple in nature. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64632 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.73 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
