Petitioner apprehends arrest in Shyampur Bhataha Police Station Case No 84 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 427, 448 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of ransacking the office of the Block Development Officer by a group of 300 to 400 persons. Petitioner has been implicated merely for the fact that he is a well known person of the area being the Ex Mukhiya. He submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66794 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Shyampur Bhatha Police Station Case No 84 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
