2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):

(i) For a direction to the concerned specially District Magistrate (Respondent No. 3), dthe Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad (Bihar) (respondent No. 4) and C.O. Rafiganj, Distt.- Aurangabad (Respondent No. 6) to make award and give compensation at the rate of commercial value of the land bearing Khata No. 22, Plot No. 2, Rakba-25 decimals but the petitioner is entitled to get 8.33 dismal for compensation because he has three brothers.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his land pertaining to Khata No. 22 Plot No. 2 area 0.2833 acres was acquired but till date, no compensation has been made to him. It has further been submitted that in this respect, he has already filed a representation before the Collector, Aurangabad on 21-02-2019 but still no action has been taken and the representation is still pending.

4. If it is so, the Collector, Aurangabad is directed to take proper steps to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as soon as possible.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s), the present writ petition stands disposed of.
