In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division, Patna to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today.
