The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner no. 2 is accused in one Basantpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 whereas petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have no criminal antecedents.

In the instant case the allegation is that the petitioners and others have assaulted the informant with knife on his right shoulder and snatched the mobile phone and a sum of

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019, due to the circumstance of total lockdown on account of the pandemic of COVID-2019.
