JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Civil Review No. 93 of 2020, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 26.10.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that not only on account of his personal difficulty but as also on account of mis-communication with the petitioner, the defects could not be removed within the time stipulated by this Court, hence a lenient view of the matter be taken and the aforesaid petition be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid petition bearing Civil Review No. 93 of 2020 to its original file, however, subject to removal of the remaining defects within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Accordingly, the present restoration petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
