2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 75, 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Allegation against this petitioners is that they alongwith other co-accused assaulted informant and others with lathi and danda and also broke CSP cash counter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to family dispute and dispute over partition of ancestral property, this false and concocted case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the informant. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 259 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
