====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 348 of 2018 arising out of Kursela P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that daughter of informant had gone to work in the Maize field. The informant also went to the aforesaid land after one hour and found her daughter lying dead in semi naked condition. The informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner and other accused persons on account of previous enmity.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66320 of 2018(4) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 submits that witnesses have raised suspicion against the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, cum Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 348 of 2018 arising out of Kursela P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
