Petitioner seeks bail in Desari P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He has been arrested merely on suspicion and his confessional statement has been recorded.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66168 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Desari P.S.
