The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.95 of 2019/Excise Case No.961 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 72 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, from the house and the motorcycle, which was standing in the courtyard of the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.82777 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad, in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.95 of 2019/Excise Case No.961 of 2019.
