The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No.56 of 2019 dated 17.2.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law and there is allegation of dowry death with allegation of demand as well as torture and also setting her on fire along with the other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole family members have been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed as a matter of fact the deceased caught fire while preparing food. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84282 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 custody for about two months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No.56 of 2019 dated 17.2.2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
