Petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No.252 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been arrested merely on suspicion. The police took signature on plain paper and used the same as seizure list.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner was apprehended by the police with motorcycle. The petitioner could not produce any valid paper in respect of motorcycle. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67175 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody as well as clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.252 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
