Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. .

Informant is the police officer, who in his written complaint has alleged that on 20.03.2019 he received information that at Wazirpur Chowk N.H. 98 someone has been crushed, he alongwith other police official reached there and found that one person died in an accident and a mob including petitioners obstructed the police in taking the dead

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85565 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 body for postmortem and also blocked the road and misbehaved with the police personnel.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly placed co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as contained in Annexure2. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
