JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 At the very out set it is submitted that in view of arrest of petitioner No. 1, namely Vijay Singh, subsequent to filing of the instant application, the prayer for anticipatory bail on his behalf is not being pressed.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in Barbigha PS Case No. 262 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is younger "Dewar". It is submitted that they have all been

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some bitterness in the family between the informant and her husband, who is in custody, instant case has been brought.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 namely Manju Devi and Amit Kumar, is allowed. In the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sheikhpura in Barbigha PS Case No. 262 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
