It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioner that for being appointed a Professor Incharge of the College by virtue of being senior most teacher in the College, she has made a representation which is Annexure 8 to the writ petition. Since the petitioner has already availed alternative remedy there is no occasion for this Court to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
