2. Earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected by orders dated 13-03-2023, 10-11-2023 and 1907-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 62349 of 2022, 51425 of 2023 and 16935 of 2024 respectively.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the prayer for bail of the petitioner has thrice been rejected but the ground for renewal of prayer for bail is that the trial of the case has not been concluded uptill now.

4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. The petitioner is the main assailant and there is direct allegation against him of opening fire upon the father of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.847 of 2025(6) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 the informant. The trial is going on in full swing. The evidence of both sides has closed and now, the case is fixed for argument.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.
