2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 103(2), 109 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner along with 24 other named accused persons, arrived at the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members with lathi, danda, farsa, sword, due to which some of the persons got seriously injured. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and the nature of the allegation are general and omnibus. No specific overt act is alleged against them. No specific weapon is attributed to them. It has also been submitted that similarly situated other co-accused person, namely, Mansur Ansari, has already been granted bail by the learned coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 88107 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 25.09.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
