2. The present petition has been filed for the said relief:- For issuance of an appropriate writ order or orders direction for quashing the order dated 26.09.2023 passed by the Collector, Gopalganj i.e. respondent no. 2 in Dakhil Kharij Revision Case No. 14 of 2022 whereby and where under the said revision application filed by the petitioner has been rejected and by the said order

Patna High Court CWJC No.2199 of 2025(2) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 dated 26.09.2023 the Collector, Gopalganj has confirmed the order dated 09.09.2022 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Gopalganj has cancelled the Jamabandi of the petitioner which was passed by the Circle Officer, Gopalganj by his order dated 17.09.2014 in Dakhil Khariz Case No. 930 of 2014-15 and order dated 19.04.2015 in Dakhil Khariz Case No. 86 of 201516.

3. The petitioner may seek redressal of his grievance before the alternate forum available in accordance with law.

4. If the petitioner takes recourse of alternate forum within a period of four weeks from today, the alternate statutory forum shall decide the matter on merit.

5. With these observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
