2. The present application has been preferred: for initiation of contempt proceeding against the Opposite Party No. 2 for willful violation of the order dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure-P/1) passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18730 of 2016.

3. Show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and it shows that already request has been made to the Collector, Gopalganj to do the needful vide an order dated

4. Learned State Counsel submits that they shall be taking immediate steps for disposal of the representation.

5. The contempt petition is disposed of under the aforesaid undertaking allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh if the opposite party fails to dispose of the representation.
