Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 175 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that when his driver was returning after dropping family members of his relative 7-8 unknown accused person stopped him and looted his Bolero vehicle on the point of pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in FIR. No Test Identification Parade has been made. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 08.02.2018.

Case No. 175 of 2013.
