Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of taking admission of 20 students and taking admission fee as Rs. 10,000/- although institute was not recognized.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is simply an employee and took admission on the order of Managing Director Ajay Singh. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, (west), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018.
