The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further by filing second supplementary affidavit, he submits that petitioner has already paid total settlement amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- in mediation. It is also submitted that joint compromise petition has already been filed in the court below.
