2. Earlier, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.12.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 80258 of 2024.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with coaccused Shambhu Kumar assaulted the informant's uncle, and looted his shop. When the informant's father intervened to save his brother, Shambhu Kumar snatched an iron rod from Amit Kumar (petitioner no. 2) and assaulted him on his head. Thereafter, Shambhu Kumar took out a pistol, threatened to kill him, and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the members of the defense side have also suffered injuries. He has submitted further that the petitioner is under custody since 15.09.2025. He has also submitted that the case of petitioners is on better footing to that of co-accused Shambhu Nath @ Shambhu Kumar, who has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 23437 of 2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-First Class, Patna City in connection with P.T. No. 3774 of 2024 arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
