The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.113 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Jitendra Yadav seven years ago but her husband and other in-laws were torturing the deceased for additional demand of dowry and killed her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased.Marriage of the deceased was solemnised with Jitendra Yadav seven years ago.The husband and the wife were living together and petitioner has got no manner of concern with the family affairs of her son and her daughter-in-law.There was some quarrel between the husband

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84401 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 and the wife and the wife committed suicide.

Taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and marriage was solemnised seven years ago, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.113 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
