The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 484 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 liters of illicit liquor from the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 14.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
