Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 for the offence under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is lady. She has no criminal antecedent and the instant case has been registered under the influence of husband of the petitioner with whom there is strange relationship and the matrimonial case is pending.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is lady, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68229 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 114/18 on the condition that the bailors should be member of Laxmi Jivika Samuh with other condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
