Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 on the allegation that all of the above three petitioners were found indulged in selling liquor when police raided the place. Large quantity of country made liquor has been recovered from their personal possession.

Petitioners, refuting the allegation, submit that they have become the victim of police atrocity.

In view of the allegation against the petitioners, their prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks, which would be disposed on its own merit without prejudice.
