The matter relates to admission to B.Ed. Course in the privately managed educational institutions, including the minority institutions.
Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has vehemently argued that it was because of the laches on the part of the respondents, he could not be given
Patna High Court CWJC No.21974 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 admission in appropriate institution, though he was eligible in every aspect and has qualified for admission to the said course. Be that as it may, since the last date for admission to the said course has already expired, no relief, as sought by the petitioner, can be granted.
