JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 In compliance of this Court's order dated 30.11.2018, the Director, Directorate of Distance Education B.R.A. Bihar University Muzaffarpur, is personally present. He states that he has joined a week ago and there was no deliberate negligence on his part leading to non-supply of instructions to learned counsel for the University. He further states that the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed, in most likelihood in the third week of January, 2019.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Satish Kumar Roy, the Director, Directorate of Distance Education B.R.A. Bihar University Muzaffarpur, this application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner's certificate must be

In view of the undertaking which is being given by the Director, Directorate of Distance Education B.R.A. Bihar University Muzaffarpur, it is observed that non-supply of the original certificate of the petitioner should not be a ground for the B.P.S.C. to reject the petitioner's candidature for appointment on the post of Assistant Professor.
