JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 This application has been filed for a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to evaluate/scrutinize the answer sheets of the petitioner who had appeared for Intermediate Annual Examination (Science), 2018 conducted by the Board.

Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, has submitted that the petitioner's answer sheets were scrutinized and the Board has not found any change required. He has also submitted that the outcome of the scrutiny was uploaded on the website of the Board on 05.07.2018 itself. In support of the said submission, he has produced before this Court copy of the relevant part which was uploaded on the Board's website.
