Case No. 11 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of POCSO Act.
Having regard to the specific allegation levelled by the prosecutrix, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Since the petitioner is in custody since 26.3.2018 the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from today.
