JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 320/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of love affair and the case has been compromised also. In view of the minority of the girl, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85619 of 2019(11) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court. The court below shall consider the fact that the case has been compromised and there is less chance of conviction of the petitioner and the contention of the petitioner is that they were having love affairs.
