JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2023 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Shobha Chaube, learned AC to GP19. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for quashing of the letter no. 202 dated 09.01.2019 by the respondent no. 2 by which direction was given to lodge F.I.R. against the PACS management.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has number of points that can be raised and he intends to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, Patna.
Patna High Court CWJC No.726 of 2020(3) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 Learned State Counsel do not have any objection to it. In that view of the matter, this writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 within four weeks from today with detail representation.
If the said representation alongwith necessary documents are filed before the respondent no. 2, he shall take steps after hearing all the concerned parties, take the matter to a logical conclusion and pass a reasoned order within a period of next three months.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
