The petitioner seeks bail in Bisfi (Patauna) P. S. Case No. 14/18 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365, 364/34 Indian Penal Code.

As per written report of the informant her husband had gone for latrine but did not return . Later on, his dead body was recovered.

In the written report, the informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner and other accused persons. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report. Co -accused of this case, with similar allegation have

Petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P. S. Case No. 14/18 G.R. No. 37/18 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
