The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the persons apprehended at the spot. He submits that similarly circumstanced co accused Vinod Choudhary has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 6.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 70045 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68213 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the I/C ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
