Petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No.439 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Rajan Kumar alias Bhajaniya.
Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
