JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 232 of 2018 registered under Sections 354D, 501, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation, as per the FIR, is that some photographs of the petitioner along with the daughter of the informant were pasted in the village. It is alleged that earlier a threatening call had come on his mobile stating that the life of the daughter of the informant shall be destroyed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has succeeded in the polytechnic examination in the village and for creating impediment this false and concocted allegation has been attributed and probably petitioner shall paste his photographs along with the photograph of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68566 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 informant's daughter to get himself implicated in this case and it is not a case that a telephonic call was made by this petitioner and he is in custody since 08.08.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessons Judge-1st, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
