2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., three motorcycle borne miscreants, on the point of pistol, snatched cash of Rs. 12,000/- and other documents from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2025. Chargesheet has been filed.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022.
