The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 384, 385, 354, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The instant case was lodged in connection with construction of a new house in place of old house of the informant. Counsel submits that dispute between the parties is running for more than a decade over a land. Sanha was lodged by the father of the informant of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71153 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 case. The Sanha would indicate that the petitioners were in possession of the land in dispute.

Considering the fact that on account of land dispute the present case has been lodged, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
