JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to file an appeal under Clause 32 of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 against the order dated 26.09.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Bhagalpur.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as aforesaid.
