The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P. S. Case No. 51 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that police apprehended one Gopal Kumar with motorcycle. He could not produce valid paper with regard to the aforesaid motorcycle. It is alleged in the written report that aforesaid Gopal Kumar disclosed before the police that he has purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from this petitioner.

In this manner, there is no recovery of any motorcycle from possession of this petitioner. The name of this petitioner has been disclosed by the person who has been apprehended by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68428 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 the police along with motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 6.4. 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsaria,Dist. Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
