The petitioner seeks bail in Jadiya P.S. Case No. 51/2014, instituted for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been remanded in this case on 03.07.2018. He is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. It is submitted that during course of investigation police arrested co-accused Bambam Yadav, Amit Yadav and Subhash Yadav. They have taken the name of this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in 13 other cases, which has been mentioned in para 3 of bail petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68994 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 and in all the cases petitioner is on bail.

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 51/2014, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
